Trading in equity markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. KAIRO's signals are based on technical and fundamental analysis and carry a historically tested win rate, but markets are unpredictable. Never trade more than you can afford to lose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
KAIRO integrates with Upstox via their official OAuth API. We never store your broker login credentials. You may disconnect your broker account at any time. KAIRO is not responsible for trades executed through connected broker accounts.
The paper trading feature uses virtual currency only. Paper trading results do not represent actual trading outcomes and should not be relied upon as predictive of real trading performance.
All content, features, and functionality of KAIRO, including but not limited to the signal engine, AI models, and user interface, are owned by KAIRO and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAIRO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or trading decisions made based on its output.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of KAIRO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
